TERMS & CONDITIONS
Body Health & Wellness is a monthly membership with a recurring nonrefundable payment based on the service or service that you choose. The date payment is received is the membership start date. Membership expires 30 days from start date.
CANCELLATION:
Membership is not transferable to other parties, exchangeable, or refundable.
All services, dues, and fees are subject to change without notice, though we will make every effort to inform members as quickly as possible in the event of changes.
